Pool Doctor of the Palm Beaches recently resurfaced our pool and installed a color-changing light fixture. They did a phenomenal job, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Everyone we dealt with – from management and office staff to the work crew – provided top-notch customer service. The employees who came out were professional and pleasant – they literally whistled while they worked! They paid attention to detail and the end result is gorgeous. It looks like we have a brand new pool, and the color-changing lights provide such amazing ambiance! I highly recommend Pool Doctor of the Palm Beaches.

We have tried different pool company’s for service and needed a renovation from a previous company’s mistakes.  We asked a neighbor for advice and they recommended Pool Doctor for all services.  They were not only professional they were sympathetic to our issues and corrected each item. The owner is very fare. We hired them for service as well.   I’m confident if we have any more issues they will be able to address them all. Thank you Pool Doctor for setting the high standard of quality so many miss.

pool doctor has been servicing our pool for 3 years and we could not be happier, so we recently hired them to do a resurface. We did get other bids but felt loyal to them. they did such a beautiful job, my pool seems brand new. they were very fair in their pricing! i highly recommend them for pool service and renovation.

Marc Smith and his Pool Doctor crew were fantastic. We wanted to update our backyard with new pavers and now that the job is done we couldn’t be happier. Marc guided us through the whole process and made sure the job was done properly, on time, and at a competitive price. I would highly recommend the Pool Doctor team.

We have sold our home and will no longer be residing there as of June 1, 2018. I suggested to the new owner (xxxxxxx) that he retain the services of The Pool Doctor and gave him your contact info. Hard to believe, but we were Pool Doctor customers for over 25 years! Our new residence doesn’t have a pool, so unfortunately we’re no longer a customer, but will recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable pool service company.

They did a complete pool resurface including replacing some broken tiles.  The pool looks great.  The crew worked hard and were very nice.  Completely cleaned up when they were done.  They did everything they said they would and our pool looks brand new.

And I was a manager at Pratt Whitney for many years. Though each of these individuals had a specific expertise, they still bounced idea’s off each other which was amazing to witness. No idea was deemed stupid or criticized which is taught in quality circles. I am in hopes these guys get a “pat” on the back for a job well done, and of course customer satisfaction. Pool Doctor discovered a pool leak during their routine maintenance. They referred us to a repair company who did an excellent repair job. Then, Pool doctor came right out to balance the chemicals and be sure all was working properly. They were prompt, efficient and I would recommend them highly. I can honestly say, after working with couple different pool companies in the past, Pool Doctors have gone way above my expectations!  Always a positive experience, and always helpful!  Does not get any better than that folks!
