Initial Consultation: Our dedicated sales and design team meticulously assess each property, taking every element into consideration, ensuring a thorough understanding of your vision.
Design: With the gathered information, our team carefully crafts a vision that exceeds your expectations, incorporating budget, timeframe, family and pet considerations, setbacks, building department requirements, code and safety elements, and even the position of the sun.
Proposal: Receive a detailed proposal with all line item costs, providing complete transparency for your peace of mind.
Proposal Acceptance: Welcome to the Pool Doctor family! Our staff keeps you informed throughout the project, sending a welcome letter and granting access to a personalized owner's portal via our building software for updates from anywhere.
Engineering: Our engineering phase typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Upon completion, the plans are sent to you for approval before stamping.
Permitting: The permitting timeframe varies by building department and project, usually ranging between 4 to 6 weeks.
HOA Approvals: Once engineering is complete, clients use the plans to submit to their local HOA if required.
Demo: Clients are notified when the project starts, beginning with a swift and efficient demo and clearing phase.
Construction: The construction phase duration varies based on the project's scope and complexity.
Start-up: Whether filling the pool or activating lighting and features, we ensure the project is operational. Our certified maintenance team handles the start-up procurement, allowing a couple of weeks for programming adjustments and fine-tuning.
Punchlist: Our team conducts a comprehensive meeting with clients, reviewing every aspect to ensure correct operation, address any issues, and familiarize the owner with the system's functionalities. Your satisfaction is our priority at every step of the way.
